User Friendly Control Panel To Manage Listings
Our user friendly “client control panel” enables you to manage your listing just like an agent would. The benefit to you as a seller is that you can see how many “hits” your listing has received from the Internet, how many showing appointments have occurred, dates and times of the showings, the agent's name, and the brokerage company name. Feedback is stored there as well.
Our client control panel also allows you to adjust your price on your own, raise the offered buyer's agent commission to 4% or higher (from 3%) which will automatically qualify your property for the Street Smart ADDvantage® Realtor® E-Blast.
Fail Safe Administrative Management Of Listing
Most non-Realtors® never have an opportunity to see exactly what their MLS listing looks like. That all changes once you list through ADDvantage of Florida. Once your property is listed in the MLS, the ADDvantage system will send an email to you. We call this “email verification” which allows you to preview your MLS listing the same way an agent would see it. You can edit what's incorrect or accept it as accurate. That's how ADDvantage gets you off on the right foot. And we don't stop there. Every request made by you through your customized client control panel will be confirmed as completed by our system.
Our listing administrators are notified in real time of all changes requested by you through the system. Changes are typically implemented within the same business day and a new MLS report is emailed to you for re-verification.
