Full Service Plus

This program is best suited for sellers who are able to assist with giving Realtors® access to the property. Typical scenarios include:

• Seller is home full time
• Seller works close to the property
• Home is owner occupied but can be lockboxed for daytime showings; seller can open door for agents at other times.

ADDvantage will coordinate all showings with you and the Realtors®. Unrepresented buyers will be toured by your ADDvantage agent at your convenience.

Our agent will host at least 3 open houses at your property. The days are generally determined by the agent and will be coordinated with your schedule. The open house will be advertised on Realtor.com, the MLS and the ADDvantage website.
